- Dates
- Each date has its own start time, shown when you pick it and again on your confirmation. Too few sales can cancel or move a performance, so keep the evening flexible.
- ID
- Every adult should carry photo ID, a passport or an ID card. The theatre lists it as something to bring, so take it out of the hotel safe before you leave.
- Cameras
- Cameras are not allowed. Plan to take your photos on Clifton Hill and at the falls instead.
- Small children
- Baby strollers are not allowed, so a show with a sleeping toddler needs another plan. Older children are welcome: the show is pitched at all ages.
- Food
- The ticket covers admission only. Eat beforehand, use the bar and snack counter, or ask the theatre's box office about adding the buffet dinner.
- Getting there
- The theatre is at 5781 Ellen Avenue, near Clifton Hill. WEGO, the visitor bus run by the Niagara Parks Commission, has a line that loops via Table Rock, Clifton Hill and Fallsview.
- Parking
- Parking is paid and not part of the ticket. If you are staying near the falls, walking is usually simpler than moving the car.
